In Moscow, a certificate of architectural and urban planning solution for a residential building under the renovation program in Maryina Roshcha has been issued. The building will be constructed at the address: Annenskaya Street, land plot No. 9. Its facades will be decorated in light shades. This was reported by Sergey Kuznetsov, chief architect of the capital, first deputy chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Development of the City of Moscow (Moskomarkhitektura).
"Each house for the participants of the renovation program is being implemented according to an individual architectural project. The main concept of the facades of the residential complex on Annenskaya Street is to achieve the scale of the architecture in height and the visual lightness of the building. This was achieved due to a more saturated color scheme in the lower zone, in the area of window openings and in the area of protruding vertical elements," noted Sergey Kuznetsov.
The three-section new building of variable number of storeys is designed for 380 apartments. Its total area will be more than 35.4 thousand square meters. The underground floor is intended for parking, technical rooms and utilities.
When finishing the main volume of the facades, porcelain stoneware panels of white, light gray and dark beige colors are used. The first floor will be decorated with graphite-colored concrete tiles, partially using volumetric masonry, and the height of the residential sections will be visually reduced with the help of white horizontal belts on the building. The architectural appearance will be complemented by perforated baskets for air conditioners.
Modern sports equipment will be installed on the territory of the complex, as well as a children's playground and a recreation area with benches and green spaces.
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin summed up the results of the renovation program foreight years.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about a million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Sergei Sobyanin ordered to increase the pace of implementation of the renovation program intwice.
