BEIJING, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) — Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun on Tuesday said disputes over territorial and maritime rights and interests should be resolved through negotiations and consultations between countries directly involved, and no third party should interfere in them.
