Fitrock was created by the Jumping Fitness Federation of Russia. It is a workout with drumsticks that combines functional exercises, dance aerobic steps and strength complexes. Such exercises strengthen all muscle groups, as well as improve coordination and agility.

Moreover, working with drumsticks helps to increase the range of motion during strength exercises: squats, lunges and bends," said Yana Dyubakova, a dance fitness trainer for the My Sports District project.
Fitrock has a positive effect on the emotional state. According to Yana Dyubakova, it is a good stress reliever: at the end of the work week, you can come to a class and reduce nervous tension in a group training session with drumsticks to rock hits.
Classes are held on Wednesdays from 19:00 to 20:00 and on Sundays from 10:30 to 11:30 on the roofs of the district centers "Meeting Place", such as "Prague", "Rassvet" and "Neva" in the Northern Administrative District, "Yantar" and "Sofia" in the Eastern Administrative District, "Budapest" and "Mars" in the North-Eastern Administrative District, "Elbrus", "Angara" and "Orbita" in the Southern Administrative District, as well as "Vysota" and "Ekran" in the South-Eastern Administrative District. Pre-registration is required.

Moscow Sport" invite adults and children from six years old to master fitrock on the city beaches: on the territory of the recreation area with swimming "Meshcherskoye", in the park "Levoberezhny" and the recreation area "Beloye Ozero".
