The government continues to provide support to affected businesses and individual entrepreneurs in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions. The order to allocate additional funding for these purposes in the amount of 650.5 million rubles was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The support in the form of a subsidy is intended to compensate for the costs of paying employees for forced downtime in the third quarter of 2025.

At the same time, the authorities of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions are recommended to develop and approve plans to promote employment of workers who, given the current situation, have currently been idle for more than three months.
"It is important that all funding be delivered to residents and organizations of the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions as quickly as possible. The effectiveness of support largely depends on this," Mikhail Mishustin noted, commenting on the decision taken at a meeting with deputy prime ministers on August 4.
In total, in 2025, the Government allocated more than 2 billion rubles to pay subsidies intended for companies and individual entrepreneurs in three border regions.
