Children's Library No. 242 invites young readers and their parents to literary readings "Miracles are made with your own hands", dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Green. At the book exhibition, guests will get acquainted with the life and work of the writer, and hear excerpts from his story "Scarlet Sails".
Also on this day there will be a meeting with the writer Natalia Sterkina, who will talk about the phenomenon of Alexander Green. She will also conduct a role-playing game for the children, "A movie is being filmed", during which they will shoot a video clip based on his work.
At the master class, children will be asked to illustrate "Scarlet Sails", and at the end – to answer questions of a literary quiz. The winners will receive books as a gift.
