Resolution of July 28, 2025 No. 1114
From March 1, 2026, at filling stations in the right-of-way of motorways, it must be possible to use DC charging stations for electric vehicles with a capacity of at least 44 kW. A decree on this has been signed.
The document supplements the list of minimum necessary services provided at road service facilities. It was approved in 2020 and has not yet regulated the minimum necessary requirements for the charging capacity of electric vehicles.
The work is being carried out within the framework of the implementation of the activities of the federal project “Production of Innovative Transport”, which is part of the new national project “Industrial Support of Transport Mobility”.
