The list of projects to be implemented using federal budget funds within the framework of the comprehensive state program "Construction" has been expanded. An order has been signed to include the school in the All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok" and the infrastructure of the Talagi airport in Arkhangelsk.
The construction of a school for 1,100 students in the Orlyonok children's center is being carried out on the instructions of the President of Russia. The new educational institution will increase the number of participants in autumn and winter shifts in children's camps operating within the Orlyonok structure. In addition, the new school will become an experimental, pedagogical and methodological platform for the country's general education system. It is expected that the construction of the educational institution, the total area of which will be more than 17 thousand square meters, will be completed in 2028.
Another new project is the renovation of several taxiways at Talagi Airport in Arkhangelsk. The modernization will take place as part of the II, III and IV stages of the airport reconstruction work.
The comprehensive state program "Construction" was launched by order of the President of Russia in February 2023. It replaced the Federal Targeted Investment Program.
The list of facilities to be built under the state program was approved in 2023. It includes priority construction projects in terms of state funding. These are large social institutions in various regions of the country – medical, sports and educational centers, museums, public utilities and transport infrastructure. At the same time, the Government has provided for the possibility of updating the list annually. The total amount of federal funding for the events included in the list is about 5 trillion rubles.
