Moscow, July 28 /Xinhua/ — The first direct flight from Moscow to Pyongyang landed in the capital of the DPRK at 09:30 Monday Pyongyang time /03:30 Moscow time/, TASS reported.
The flight was carried out on a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft with a capacity of 440 passengers. It departed from Sheremetyevo Airport at 19:30 on Sunday Moscow time, the travel time was about eight hours.
The return flight from the capital of the DPRK to Moscow is scheduled for 09:00 Tuesday Pyongyang time /03:00 Moscow time/.
In early July, Rosaviatsiya granted Nordwind /North Wind/ permission to fly to the DPRK. Airfare started at 44,700 rubles. –0–
