In the Donskoy district in the south of the capital, a site will be reorganized under the program of integrated development of territories (IDT). The corresponding draft resolution posted on the Moscow Government website. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

"During the redevelopment of a 0.71-hectare site on Zagorodnoye Shosse, a residential building with an area of 24.4 thousand square meters will be built. The area of apartments in the future new building will be approximately 14.7 thousand square meters. This will provide new housing for about 500 Muscovites. There is a school, kindergarten, medical center, and shops within walking distance. The Krymskaya station of the Moscow Central Circle is also nearby," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The site is located at the address: Zagorodnoye Shosse, building 10/2.

Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin spoke about the five-year anniversary CRT programs in the capital.

According to the KRT program, multifunctional city blocks are being created, where roads, comfortable housing and all the necessary infrastructure are being designed on the site of former industrial zones and inefficiently used areas. Currently, 336 integrated development projects with a total area of over 4.2 thousand hectares are at various stages of development and implementation in the capital. This work is being carried out on behalf of Sergei Sobyanin.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about a million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Sergei Sobyanin ordered to increase the pace of implementation of the program intwice.
