BEIJING, July 16 (Xinhua) — A total of 85 China-Europe international freight trains departed from Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province, from January to June 2025, up 11.8 percent from a year earlier, according to data from the General Administration of Customs.
According to the department, the total volume of cargo transported by these trains amounted to 44 thousand tons, an increase of 4 percent year-on-year. The total value of the shipped goods reached 2.5 billion yuan.
Currently, 27 China-Europe international railway freight routes pass through Shenzhen, leading to 47 countries and regions around the world, including Germany, the Czech Republic and Italy. -0-
