BEIJING, July 11 (Xinhua) — China's international airline Air China will soon launch new direct flights to Tashkent from the Chinese capital and Urumqi, the capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (XUAR), respectively, the carrier said on its official account on Wechat.
Flights on the Beijing-Tashkent-Beijing route will be operated by Boeing 737 aircraft from July 19 three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Flights on the Urumqi-Tashkent-Urumqi route will also be operated on Boeing 737 aircraft, starting from July 22, on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Earlier, the airline reported that the opening of these two flights will take place in June-July. -0
